For me the people aspect (not just in work, but generally) is the most thing - although it is easy lose sight of it sometimes, especially in IT. That's why Agile's so great (plug, plug...) As far as weightlifting goes, I assume you've seen this (http://today.java.net/pub/a/today/2004/05/04/interview.html) Hang in there - almost anything you do will at least be preferable to the cukoo clock bank we were once at. It’s amazing what a difference where you work and especially the people with whom you work can make.
